immobilier peut \u00eatre amen\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas devoir sp\u00e9cifiquement employer certaines m\u00e9thodes mais se prononcer sur des sujets d\u2019<strong>ordre juridique<\/strong> sinon <strong>judiciaire<\/strong> pour traduire <strong>l\u2019incidence d\u2019un \u00e9tat<\/strong> de fait en abattement et par cons\u00e9quent en valeur.<\/p><p>C\u2019est le cas notamment
