Elle permet de <strong>d\u00e9terminer le prix de vente d\u2019un bien<\/strong> en prenant en compte diff\u00e9rentes caract\u00e9ristiques.<\/p><p>Nous pouvons utiliser la\u00a0 m\u00e9thode par\u00a0 comparaison pour \u00e9valuer un <strong>bien<\/strong> ou un <strong>fonds de commerce<\/strong>. Il est toutefois primordial de d\u00e9terminer avec pr\u00e9cision la <strong>surface du bien<\/strong> et d\u2019inclure les diff\u00e9rentes <strong>particularit\u00e9s<\/strong> li\u00e9es \u00e0 ce bien telles que la situation g\u00e9ographique du bien, les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s, le nombre de pi\u00e8ces, l&#8217;\u00e9tat global,\u00a0 la date de
